Questions regarding DRMS should be directed to a user's Member Firm help desk or Member Firm Risk & Reputation Leader team.

Member Firm help desks are to contact their Member Firm Reputation & Risk Leader team regarding the business process, how to respond to DRMS questions and how to assess risk.

If further assistance is required outside of business hours or the respective Member Firm does not have a general technology help desk, users should contact the Global Support Desk for issues related to access or to answer questions on application functionality.

Member Firm help desks should also contact the Global Support Desk for inquires they may have regarding the functionality of the application.

Users can also log a support ticket in the ServiceNow, which is a self-service portal. Users can report a technical issue by creating an Incident ticket or for any access issues/data related issues users can raise a Request.
